We request information from you on our order/registration forms. Here, you must provide contact information - name/postal delivery address/telephone number - and financial information - credit/debit card number/expiry date - this information is used for billing purposes and to complete your orders. If we have trouble processing a request this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We would use your telephone number only if we needed to contact you urgently if you had made a mistake entering your details.

We store your name/e-mail address/postal address/telephone number/credit card/debit card details for:

i) in the event that modifications or amendments may be necessary to existing orders/bookings,

ii) in order to make your next order/booking quicker

iii) to send details of our products to you from time to time, unless you have informed us that you do not want to receive those details.

We store your information for as long as we need to do so in order to fulfil our legal obligations or in order to keep you informed of our products. We use your information to create generic information, which we then use for market and commercial analysis. This generic information does not identify you personally.

Sharing information
Information is shared with
(i) our bank
(ii) involved third parties.

a) When paying by credit or by debit card we pass your card details to our bank for authorisation of the transaction and for payment.

b) We may disclose your information to suppliers, booking agents and retailers/hotels who will use your information in the ways described above in this privacy statement. We will provide only the information necessary to ensure the successful fulfilment of your shopping/travel arrangements. You should be aware that the supplier/involved third party may not be subject to data protection laws, particularly where the supplier/involved third party (or your holiday destination) is outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

NOTE: If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making any booking through us, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

c) Apart from sharing your information as mentioned above, we do not disclose your details to any other person without your consent unless there is an emergency situation that requires it or we are legally required to do so.

d) Internet payments made through the WorldPay network will necessitate your personal and credit card details being processed by and retained by WorldPay. In these events we do not have any access or control over the use, storage or security of your credit card details. However, we would point out that WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland and as such they utilise the very best in security and encryption techniques. We may use other payment gateways, in which case similar conditions will apply. 

e) Information about you may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
